staying healthy

being healthy in college is usually easier said than done. you are surrounded by unhealthy food and have little time to be thinking about it. some of us may be lucky enough to have a kitchen but most of us are stuck with making our food right next to our beds. so to help everyone keep up with healthy living and eating in college we have come up with some tips and food suggestions that will hopefully help.



 tips
  • make sure to schedule gym time every week so there is no excuse to miss out on going 
  • keep healthy snacks in your room instead of chips and sweets that might tempt you
  • steal milk from your dining hall and keep it in your fridge! that way if you're looking for some dairy, it's "free" and easily accessible 

food

when it comes to food you need something that stores well and takes little to no preparation. with that in mind here are some suggestions. 


  • apples
  • yogurt
  • cashews
  • protein bars
  • rice cakes
  • starbucks low calorie bottled iced coffees
  • oatmeal
